About me
Kathleen Burch, Resource Teacher in the Pearl City Waipahu Complex Area, drives innovative education through Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Career-Connected Education (CCE). A former special education teacher, curriculum coach, and beginning teacher mentor, she has assisted in building MTSS systems and delivered professional development across K-12 schools. Kathleen empowers educators to design authentic, career-connected projects that ignite critical thinking, real-world skills, and student engagement.
