Justin Carmichael is the Institutional Analyst for the Office of Fiscal Services (OFS). A seasoned administrative professional, Justin brings nearly two decades of experience within Hawaii’s educational system to his current role. His extensive background includes serving as the Administrative Services Assistant and School Administrative Services Assistant at Ewa Makai Middle School for a combined nine years, following a seven-year tenure at Kapolei High School. Known for his leadership and commitment to operational growth, Justin has contributed to numerous departmental improvement initiatives. In 2018, his dedication was recognized statewide when he was elected President of the Hawaii School Office Services Association and honored with the Sustained Superior Performance award.
