Cindy Henry is an Educational Specialist with the School Improvement Section. For over 28 years as a teacher, coach, school level principal, district superintendent, and school improvement specialist, Cindy's focus has been on using a systems approach to improving teaching and learning in every classroom for every student. Cindy believes wholeheartedly that the continuous school improvement process is a journey, not simply a destination, and as such, tries to offer empowering tools and resources that any school, complex area, or state office can use to support them on their pathway to excellence.
