About me
Melissa C. LaDuke currently serves as a Test Development Specialist, Assessment Section, HIDOE. She earned her PhD in curriculum and instruction from Texas Tech University, her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Hawaii Pacific University, and Master’s degree in chemistry from University of Dayton. She retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2005, previously holding faculty positions within the U.S. Air Force Academy, San Jose State University, and Global School for Professional Military Education.
