Temitayo Olaoye is a seasoned education professional and test administrator with more than 15 years of experience in organizational systems management, English instruction, private academic tutoring, and large‑scale test administration. Her work has consistently centered on improving instructional quality, operational efficiency, and equitable access to learning.That same commitment now guides Temitayo’s work as a Test Development Specialist for the Hawaii DOE, where she serves as the statewide lead for WIDA ACCESS and Smarter Balanced Assessments. In this role, Temitayo collaborates with educators, administrators, test coordinators and national partners to ensure Hawaii’s assessments are accessible to all students.
