About me
Jensen Ball has been assisting educators and supporting leaders in the Hawaii State Department of Education since 2005. With a passion for professional development, Jensen focuses on areas such as leadership, engagement, and service, often drawing inspiration and learning from organizations like Disney Institute. Jensen has held various roles in the department, from school Tech Support, to Complex Area Operations, to the Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Manager at Moanalua High. Jensen currently serves as the Business Education Partnership Specialist with the Workforce Development office, along with supporting Superintendent Hayashi's initiatives and events. He also enjoys volunteering as Executive Director of Hawaii Association of Professional Learning (formerly Hawaii ASCD), an education non-profit providing professional development opportunities for educators.
