Nicole Cacal, a Pacific Business News 40 Under 40 honoree, is Executive Director of the TRUE Initiative, helping Hawaii’s organizations adopt technology and create tech jobs. Previously, she founded Forbes Ignite, advising companies like American Express and Colgate on innovation at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and social impact. A lecturer at Parsons School of Design and a Virtual Professional-in-Residence at UH’s PACE, Nicole is also a keynote and TEDx speaker.
